An order placed can only be cancelled within 24 hours of its purchase.
You can cancel the order through "My Orders" section of your account. Cancellation can be made for both COD and Pre-Paid orders.
You can also choose to write to our customer support team at [email protected] within 24 hours of order placement to process the cancellation request.
The shipping charges if applicable are refundable along with the invoiced amount.
Upon cancellation, the payments done via credit/debit cards or net banking will be cancelled and refunded to your bank account within 7 business days after the cancellation request. It may take additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
No cancellation fee will be charged on cancelled orders. However, discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order. If you had redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation.
